Born in Knoxville, TN, Channing Bailey founded Channing & Company after successfully selling his first startup, Action Bracelet, to private equity in 2015.
Driven by a belief in the power of design to shape culture and improve lives, Channing launched his New York-based studio to collaborate with mission-driven entrepreneurs and global brands.
His vision was to create a space where strategic creativity and entrepreneurial spirit converge, empowering brands to make a lasting impact on their communities and the world. Today, Channing & Company is known for its culturally resonant designs and deep expertise in brand and business development, serving some of the most influential names across various sectors.

Channing Bailey has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University and is an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Art Director’s Club (ADC), and AIGA professional organization.
